30 Min Pizza¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 envelope pizza yeast
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water
- 3 tbsp oil
Instructions¶
- Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar, and salt in large bowl.
- Add water and oil. Mix until blended, about 1 minute.
- Add gradually enough remaining flour, if needed, until soft dough is formed. Dough will be slightly sticky.
- Knead on a floured surface, adding additional flour if needed, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes.
- With floured hands, pat dough out to fit greased pan or roll dough out.
Notes¶
Bake on bottom rack at 425°F for 12-15 minutes.
