Apple Salad¶
Ingredients¶
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 small package lemon or lime jello
- 1 - 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup unpeeled diced apple
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup cool whip
Instructions¶
- Combine pineapple and sugar in pan, boil for 3 minutes.
- Add jello, stirring well.
- Add cream cheese and stir until completely combined. Cool.
- Fold in apple, nuts, celery, and cool whip.
- Pour into pan and chill.
