Baked Hummus¶

Ingredients¶
- 27 oz plain hummus
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup kalamata olives
- 1/3 cup fresh tomatoes
- 2 TBS olive oil
Instructions¶
- Spread hummus evenly into an 8x8 inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese, being sure to evenly cover the surface.
- In a separate bowl, gently toss tomatoes and olives together until well blended.
- Layer the olive and tomato mixture on top of feta cheese.
- Drizzle with 2 TBS olive oil.
- Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with pita chips or crackers.
