Beef Tips with Blue Cheese

Ingredients

  • 4-6 thick slices beef
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese
  • 4-6 slices mushrooms
  • 1 onion sliced

Instructions

  1. Place steak meat and sliced onions on a sheet of aluminum foil.
  2. Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
  3. Dot with butter.
  4. Crumble blue cheese over the top.
  5. Place slices of mushrooms on top.
  6. Wrap tightly with foil.
  7. Cook for 45 min at 375°F.
