Beef Tips with Blue Cheese¶

Ingredients¶
- 4-6 thick slices beef
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup blue cheese
- 4-6 slices mushrooms
- 1 onion sliced
Instructions¶
- Place steak meat and sliced onions on a sheet of aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle with pepper and salt.
- Dot with butter.
- Crumble blue cheese over the top.
- Place slices of mushrooms on top.
- Wrap tightly with foil.
- Cook for 45 min at 375°F.
