Bisquick Chicken & Dumplings Casserole¶

Ingredients¶
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 tbsp chicken granules
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions¶
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Layer sliced chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
- Melt butter and pour over the chicken.
- Mix Bisquick and milk, pour over chicken.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken granules, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour soup mixture over the Bisquick layer.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is brown.
