Bisquick Chicken & Dumplings Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 tbsp chicken granules
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Layer sliced chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  3. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Melt butter and pour over the chicken.
  5. Mix Bisquick and milk, pour over chicken.
  6. Mix cream of chicken soup with chicken granules, black pepper, and salt.
  7. Pour soup mixture over the Bisquick layer.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is brown.
