Bisquick, Sour Cream, 7up & Butter Biscuits

Cook: 12-15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup 7up
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix Bisquick, sour cream, and 7up. Dough will be soft.
  2. Knead and fold dough with baking mix.
  3. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit/cookie cutter.
  4. Melt butter in bottom of a 9x13 cookie sheet pan or casserole dish.
  5. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until brown.
