Buffalo Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Large zip-top bag
  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill (lined with nonstick foil for easy cleanup).
  2. Place cornstarch and seasoned salt in large zip-top bag; shake to mix.
  3. Add chicken; seal and shake to coat.
  4. Add wing sauce; seal and knead to coat evenly.
  5. Place chicken on grill; grill 8-10 minutes or until edges are crisp and chicken is 165°F.

Notes

If using regular grill, double cooking time, turning once.
