Buffalo Grilled Chicken¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Large zip-top bag
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
Instructions¶
- Preheat 2-sided tabletop grill (lined with nonstick foil for easy cleanup).
- Place cornstarch and seasoned salt in large zip-top bag; shake to mix.
- Add chicken; seal and shake to coat.
- Add wing sauce; seal and knead to coat evenly.
- Place chicken on grill; grill 8-10 minutes or until edges are crisp and chicken is 165°F.
Notes¶
If using regular grill, double cooking time, turning once.
