Cake Mix Cookies¶

Ingredients¶

• 1 (18.2-ounce) box cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup total mix-ins: Either 1 cup nuts, or 1/2 cup nuts and 1/2 cup other mix-ins, such as peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, raisins, craisins, toffee bits, etc.

Instructions¶

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, eggs and oil until well blended.
2. Add your favorite mix-ins and blend well.
3. Drop the batter by spoonfuls, about 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet.
4. Bake on the middle rack for 10 minutes, watching them carefully.
5. Cool on baking sheet one minute and remove to wire rack to cool completely.
