Cake Mix Oatmeal Raisin Spice Cookies¶

Cook: 7 to 9 minutes | Servings: about 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients¶

• 1 package Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix
• 4 large egg whites
• 1 cup uncooked quick-cooking oats
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions¶

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly grease baking sheets or line sheets with parchment paper.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, egg whites, oats and oil.
4. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
5. Stir in raisins.
6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
7. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned.
8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet.
9. Remove to wire rack and cool completely.
