Cheesy Seafood Gratin with Parmesan Green Bean Sauté

Ingredients

  • 2 small lobster tails (3–4 oz each)
  • 8 oz peeled/deveined shrimp
  • 1 (10-oz) container lobster bisque
  • 1 (12-oz) bag fresh green beans
  • 1-oz bag fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons Parmesan bread dip seasoning
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry or white wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  3. Combine lobster bisque, cream of shrimp soup, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
  4. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, lobster meat, and chives to the bowl; mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish; top with Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  7. Meanwhile, sauté green beans with Parmesan bread dip seasoning until tender.
  8. Serve seafood gratin with green beans.
