Cheesy Seafood Gratin with Parmesan Green Bean Sauté¶

Ingredients¶
- 2 small lobster tails (3–4 oz each)
- 8 oz peeled/deveined shrimp
- 1 (10-oz) container lobster bisque
- 1 (12-oz) bag fresh green beans
- 1-oz bag fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons Parmesan bread dip seasoning
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 (10.75-oz) can condensed cream of shrimp soup
- 1 (14.5-oz) can reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup dry sherry or white wine
Instructions¶
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain.
- Combine lobster bisque, cream of shrimp soup, and chicken broth in a large bowl.
- Add cooked pasta, shrimp, lobster meat, and chives to the bowl; mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish; top with Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Meanwhile, sauté green beans with Parmesan bread dip seasoning until tender.
- Serve seafood gratin with green beans.
