Cheesy Shells with Ham & Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Mueller's Large Sea Shells (16 oz)
  • 1 pkg frozen broccoli cuts (16 oz)
  • 1 can broccoli cheese soup (10 3/4 oz)
  • 1 1/2 cups fully-cooked ham cubes
  • 1 pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; add broccoli during last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
  2. Return pasta and broccoli to the hot pan.
  3. Stir in broccoli cheese soup, ham, cheese, milk, and reserved pasta water.
  4. Heat over low heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until hot.

Notes

Option: Substitute 1 package (6 oz) ham cubes for 1 1/2 cups ham cubes. Substitute 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets for frozen broccoli.
