Cheesy Shells with Ham & Broccoli¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 pkg Mueller's Large Sea Shells (16 oz)
- 1 pkg frozen broccoli cuts (16 oz)
- 1 can broccoli cheese soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups fully-cooked ham cubes
- 1 pkg shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup milk
Instructions¶
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; add broccoli during last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
- Return pasta and broccoli to the hot pan.
- Stir in broccoli cheese soup, ham, cheese, milk, and reserved pasta water.
- Heat over low heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently until hot.
Notes¶
Option: Substitute 1 package (6 oz) ham cubes for 1 1/2 cups ham cubes. Substitute 1 1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets for frozen broccoli.
