Chicken Bake with Brown Rice¶

Ingredients¶

• brown rice
• cream of mushroom soup
• chicken breast
• milk
• stuffing mix
• celery
• Rothbury Farm bread crumbs
• mayonnaise
• cheddar cheese

Instructions¶

1. Cook brown rice.
2. Mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and stuffing mix.
3. Cook chicken breast and add to mixture.
4. Saute celery and mix with Rothbury Farm bread crumbs.
5. Spread mixture in pan.
6. Top with mayonnaise and cheddar cheese.
7. Bake until golden brown.

Notes¶

Use any brand of bread crumbs if Rothbury Farm is unavailable.
