Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c sour cream
  • 1 c cheddar cheese
  • 1 T dry parsley
  • 1/2 t dry oregano
  • 1/2 t black pepper
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1 T garlic powder
  • 9 flour tortilla shells
  • 16 oz Old Elpaso taco sauce (med)
  • Another 3/4 cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Shred chicken breasts, add sour cream, 1 c shredded cheese, parsley, oregano & black pepper, and heat until cheese melts.
  2. Stir in sauce, roll up, put in a pan and cover with taco sauce, put on top of rolls and add the rest of cheese.
  3. You can add more cheese if you want.
  4. Bake 350 Degree oven for 20 min.
  5. Cool 10 min before cutting.
