Chicken Enchiladas¶

Ingredients¶
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c cheddar cheese
- 1 T dry parsley
- 1/2 t dry oregano
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 T chili powder
- 1 T garlic powder
- 9 flour tortilla shells
- 16 oz Old Elpaso taco sauce (med)
- Another 3/4 cheddar cheese
Instructions¶
- Shred chicken breasts, add sour cream, 1 c shredded cheese, parsley, oregano & black pepper, and heat until cheese melts.
- Stir in sauce, roll up, put in a pan and cover with taco sauce, put on top of rolls and add the rest of cheese.
- You can add more cheese if you want.
- Bake 350 Degree oven for 20 min.
- Cool 10 min before cutting.
