Chicken Picata

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, pounded
  • Seasoned flour
  • White wine
  • Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • Capers
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Angel Hair Pasta

Instructions

  1. Fry the pounded chicken breasts in seasoned flour.
  2. After frying, remove and get the pan bits broken up.
  3. Pour white wine and chicken broth into the pan.
  4. Add 1/2 cup lemon juice and cook down.
  5. Add chicken, capers, and 3 tablespoons butter.
  6. Put over Angel Hair Pasta.
