Classic Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. (8 squares each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 1 can (14 oz.) EAGLE BRAND sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. LINE 8-inch square pan with foil.
  2. Microwave chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 to 3 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 2 min.
  3. Stir until completely melted.
  4. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
  5. SPREAD into pan.
  6. REFRIGERATE 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Use foil to lift fudge from pan; cut into pieces.
  8. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
  9. For creamier fudge, let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
