Creamy Cabbage¶
Ingredients¶
- 2 TBS butter
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
Instructions¶
- Heat 2 TBS butter.
- Add 4 cups shredded cabbage and stir to blend.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper, 1/3 cup evaporated milk.
- Cook 4 minutes longer.

Do not overcook.
