Easy Dijon Roasted Potatoes¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 1/2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut in half
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup FRENCH'S Dijon Mustard
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary, thyme or oregano leaves
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions¶
- PLACE potatoes in large baking dish.
- MIX remaining ingredients. Drizzle over potatoes. Toss to coat.
- BAKE at 425°F for 30 to 40 min. stirring often until potatoes are tender.
