Easy Dijon Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. small red potatoes, cut in half
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup FRENCH'S Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp. dried rosemary, thyme or oregano leaves
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. PLACE potatoes in large baking dish.
  2. MIX remaining ingredients. Drizzle over potatoes. Toss to coat.
  3. BAKE at 425°F for 30 to 40 min. stirring often until potatoes are tender.
