Fettuccine with Lemon and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine, cooked
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Garlic
  • Lemon juice
  • Lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1/2 cup cheese
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine and set aside.
  2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and butter.
  3. Sauté garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  4. Add white wine and cheese, then add the cooked noodles.
  5. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
