Fettuccine with Lemon and Cheese¶
Ingredients¶
- 1 lb fettuccine, cooked
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Garlic
- Lemon juice
- Lemon zest
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup cheese
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions¶
- Cook the fettuccine and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil and butter.
- Sauté garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Add white wine and cheese, then add the cooked noodles.
- Season with parsley, salt, and pepper.
