Fish Fillets with Lemon Butter Sauce¶
Servings: 4 to 6 servings
Ingredients¶
- 2 lb. frozen fish fillets, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. dill weed
Instructions¶
- Arrange fish fillets in 7x12 inch glass baking dish with thick edges toward outside of dish. Cover with wax paper.
- Microwave 8-12 minutes on high. Drain liquid and let stand, covered for 5 minutes to complete cooking.
- During standing time, microwave sauce as follows:
- Place all ingredients in 2 cup glass measure. Microwave about 2 minutes on high, or until butter is melted.
- Stir and continue cooking 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on high or until lightly browned.
- Serve over fillets.
Notes¶
Add dill and lemon juice to taste.
