Flounder Baked in Sour Cream

Cook: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 to 6

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 2 lb. flounder fillets
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease 2 quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
  3. Arrange fish fillets in baking dish.
  4. Blend salt, pepper sauce, paprika and Parmesan cheese into sour cream.
  5. Spread over fish.
  6. Top with bread crumbs and dot with remaining 3 tablespoons butter.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork.
