Flounder Baked in Sour Cream¶
Cook: 30 minutes | Servings: 4 to 6
Ingredients¶
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 2 lb. flounder fillets
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Instructions¶
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 2 quart baking dish with 1 tablespoon butter.
- Arrange fish fillets in baking dish.
- Blend salt, pepper sauce, paprika and Parmesan cheese into sour cream.
- Spread over fish.
- Top with bread crumbs and dot with remaining 3 tablespoons butter.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork.
