Flourless Bean Chocolate Cake¶
Cook: 45 to 50 minutes | Servings: 6 to 8 servings
Ingredients¶
- 1 3/4 cups cooked beans
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips or baking beans, melted and cooled
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground, for dusting
Instructions¶
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Grease a 9-inch square pan, dust with flaxseed.
- In a small bowl, mix beans and eggs, then sprinkle on top of the mixture in pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
- Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
