Flourless Bean Chocolate Cake

Cook: 45 to 50 minutes | Servings: 6 to 8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups cooked beans
  • 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips or baking beans, melted and cooled
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed, ground, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch square pan, dust with flaxseed.
  3. In a small bowl, mix beans and eggs, then sprinkle on top of the mixture in pan.
  4. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with whipped cream, if desired.
