Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- Chicken pieces
- Bowl of milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp season salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 stick butter
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces in a bowl of milk for 20-30 minutes.
- Mix in a Ziploc bag: 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp season salt, 3/4 tsp pepper, 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp paprika.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut stick of butter into a few pieces and place in a 9x13 pan.
- Melt butter in preheated oven.
- Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan. Lightly spray pan with oil if needed.
- Shake excess milk off chicken and completely coat each piece with seasoning mix.
- Place in pan and cook for 20 minutes, turn, and cook 20 more.
