- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons ginger spice paste
- 1/2 cup presliced green onions
- 1 (14.5-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 2 1/4 cups chicken stock
- 1 (13.6-oz) can coconut milk
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
