Hot Fudge Pie

Cook: 30-35 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 TBS cocoa (Dutch)
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, eggs, cocoa, flour, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture in pie plate.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until center is firm.
  5. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
