Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. sugar - divided
  • 1 c. flour
  • 7 TBS Hershey Cocoa - divided
  • 2 TSP. Baking Powder
  • 1/4 TSP. Salt
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 c. hot water

Instructions

  1. In medium mixing bowl combine 3/4 c. sugar, flour, 3 TBS cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Blend in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
  4. In small bowl combine 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar, and 4 TBS cocoa.
  5. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
  6. Pour hot water over that.
