Hot Fudge Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. sugar - divided
- 1 c. flour
- 7 TBS Hershey Cocoa - divided
- 2 TSP. Baking Powder
- 1/4 TSP. Salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. butter melted
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
Instructions
- In medium mixing bowl combine 3/4 c. sugar, flour, 3 TBS cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend in milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Pour into 8 x 8 x 2 pan.
- In small bowl combine 1/2 c. sugar, brown sugar, and 4 TBS cocoa.
- Sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Pour hot water over that.
