Jena's Pizza Dough¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, might need 1/2 more
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 TBS olive oil
Instructions¶
- In small bowl, dissolve yeast and honey in 1/4 cup warm water.
- Combine flour and salt, mix with spoon.
- Add the oil and yeast mixture and remaining 3/4 cup of water.
- Mix on low speed until dough comes clean from sides of bowl.
- Turn dough on a clean surface and knead 3 minutes.
- Place in lightly oiled bowl for 30-45 minutes. Cover with plastic wrap.
- Take dough out and divide either in 2 or 4 balls. Work each ball by pulling down the sides and tucking under 4 or 5 times.
- Cover with plastic wrap 15 to 20 min.
- Stretch dough out to greased pan and bake 12-16 min at 450°F.
