Katy's Refrigerator Kumquat Pie
Ingredients
- 1 9" Graham cracker pie crust
- 1 reg. (8oz.) Cool whip
- 2/3 cup pureed kumquats
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Beat condensed milk and cool whip.
- Add lemon juice slowly and beat until thickened.
- Add Kumquat puree – mix well.
- Pour mixture into pie shell and garnish with Kumquat puree.
- Chill in freezer.
- Serve frozen or chilled.
- For an extra special treat, drizzle chocolate over pie before serving.
