Kumquat Refrigerator Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie crust 9"
  • 8oz Whip Topping (Reg.)
  • 2/3 cup pureed Kumquats
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Beat condensed milk and whipped topping.
  2. Add lemon juice and beat until thickened.
  3. Add Kumquat puree.
  4. Pour in pie shell and chill in refrigerator for several hours.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and Kumquats.
