Ingredients¶
- Brown both sides of tortilla shell
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- Shell or top
- 2 1/2 tbsp red enchilada sauce
- Tomato
- Cheese
- Avocado
Instructions¶
- Brown both sides of the tortilla shell.
- Spread 1/2 cup refried beans on the shell or top.
- Add 2 1/2 tbsp red enchilada sauce.
- Top with tomato, cheese, and avocado.
- Bake at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
