Mexican Wedding Cake¶
Cook: 35 minutes | Servings: 9 x 13 pan
Ingredients¶
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Instructions¶
- Mix sugar, flour, eggs, crushed pineapple, baking soda, and chopped nuts.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9 x 13 pan.
- For icing, mix butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese.
