No Yolks and Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Chicken¶

Ingredients¶
- 3 cups NO YOLKS, cooked and drained
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Salt-Free Seasoning Blend
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup baby carrots, julienne
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and pearl onions, thawed
- 2 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions¶
- Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes.
- Add wine, broth, Mrs. Dash and lemon juice, stir to combine.
- Add carrots, cook 3 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, cook 2 minutes.
- Add chicken, peas and onions, heating just until warm.
- Toss in NO YOLKS. Top with parsley.
Notes¶
Serves 4. Additional handwritten note: Add 1 can mushroom & cream chicken soup for more flavoring.
