Pad Thai¶
Ingredients¶
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 2 eggs
- 8 TBS. Pad Thai sauce
- bean sprouts
- 1 cup cilantro
- 3 green onions
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- lime juice 1 TBS.
- cooked chicken breast
Instructions¶
- Prepare noodles according to package.
- Scramble eggs and set aside.
- In large skillet, combine noodles, chicken, and sauce.
- Top with bean sprouts, cilantro, green onions, and peanuts.
