Pad Thai

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 TBS. Pad Thai sauce
  • bean sprouts
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • lime juice 1 TBS.
  • cooked chicken breast

Instructions

  1. Prepare noodles according to package.
  2. Scramble eggs and set aside.
  3. In large skillet, combine noodles, chicken, and sauce.
  4. Top with bean sprouts, cilantro, green onions, and peanuts.
