Paula Deen Mac n Cheese¶
Ingredients¶
- 12 oz cooked elbow pasta
- 2 cups reduced fat shredded cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for top
Instructions¶
- Put shredded cheese in cooked pasta.
- Add together evaporated milk, eggs, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
- Add to mac and cheese.
- Put Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for short time.
