Paula Deen Mac n Cheese

Ingredients

  • 12 oz cooked elbow pasta
  • 2 cups reduced fat shredded cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for top

Instructions

  1. Put shredded cheese in cooked pasta.
  2. Add together evaporated milk, eggs, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Add to mac and cheese.
  4. Put Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for short time.
