Peanut Blossom Cookies
Ingredients
- 14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pkg milk chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- In a bowl, stir milk, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add Bisquick mix and sugar, mixing until well blended.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Roll in sugar.
- Place on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Press a chocolate kiss into each cookie immediately after baking.
