Peanut Blossom Cookies

Ingredients

  • 14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 pkg milk chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, stir milk, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add Bisquick mix and sugar, mixing until well blended.
  4. Shape into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll in sugar.
  6. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Press a chocolate kiss into each cookie immediately after baking.
