Pineapple Cheesecake Dessert¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 box 1 layer size yellow cake mix (like Jiffy)
- 2 (3-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
- 3 c. milk, divided
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
- 2 (3-oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (6-oz.) ctn. whipped topping
Instructions¶
- Mix cake mix according to package directions.
- Pour into greased pan and bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
- Cool.
- Mix together: cream cheese mixed with 1/2 cup milk and vanilla pudding mixed with 2 1/2 cups milk.
- Layer this mixture on top of cake, then a layer of pineapple and a layer of whipped topping.
- Sprinkle nuts on top.
- Store in refrigerator.
