Pineapple Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 box 1 layer size yellow cake mix (like Jiffy)
  • 2 (3-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 3 c. milk, divided
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 2 (3-oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (6-oz.) ctn. whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Mix cake mix according to package directions.
  2. Pour into greased pan and bake 15 minutes at 350°F.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix together: cream cheese mixed with 1/2 cup milk and vanilla pudding mixed with 2 1/2 cups milk.
  5. Layer this mixture on top of cake, then a layer of pineapple and a layer of whipped topping.
  6. Sprinkle nuts on top.
  7. Store in refrigerator.
