Pork Chop & Carrot Stuffing Skillet

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3 cups baby carrots, cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. BROWN chops in hot oil in large skillet on high heat. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook 10 min. on each side or until done (160°F), adding onions after the first 5 min. Remove chops from skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  2. ADD carrots and 2 cups water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
  3. RETURN chops to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
