Pork Chops + Hash Browns
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1/2 c. sour cream or more
- seasoned salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 - 24 oz hash browns
- 1 can french onions
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Brown chops in oil, sprinkle with seasoned salt - set aside.
- Combine soup, milk & sour cream + pepper - stir in hash browns.
- Add 1/2 cup of cheese + 1/2 can onions.
- Spoon in pan (cover with foil).
- Arrange chops on top + bake 350° for about 1/2 hr.
- Top with rest of onions + cheese, bake until brown.
