Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 pot roast
  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 tbs horseradish
  • 2 tbs chopped parsley
  • 2 tbs celery flakes
  • 1/3 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place meat in an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Surround with potatoes and carrots.
  3. Combine red wine, horseradish, parsley, and celery flakes.
  4. Pour over meat.
  5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 3-3.5 hours.
  6. Add water for gravy and cook on high for 3 minutes.
