Pot Roast¶
Ingredients¶
- 1 pot roast
- potatoes
- carrots
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 2 tbs horseradish
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 2 tbs celery flakes
- 1/3 cup water
Instructions¶
- Place meat in an 8x8 baking dish.
- Surround with potatoes and carrots.
- Combine red wine, horseradish, parsley, and celery flakes.
- Pour over meat.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 3-3.5 hours.
- Add water for gravy and cook on high for 3 minutes.
