- red skin potatoes
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 eggs
- mayo
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions¶
- Cube red skin potatoes.
- Boil about 12 minutes.
- Rinse in cold water.
- Hard boil 3 eggs and peel.
- Mix mayo with 1 tbsp vinegar.
