Red Skin Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • red skin potatoes
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • mayo
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cube red skin potatoes.
  2. Boil about 12 minutes.
  3. Rinse in cold water.
  4. Hard boil 3 eggs and peel.
  5. Mix mayo with 1 tbsp vinegar.
