Reduced Fat Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 container reduced fat cottage cheese
  • 1 container reduced fat parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz reduced fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 box lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  3. Layer cooked meat, sauce, and cheeses.
  4. Repeat layers.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
