Refried Bean Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso refried beans
  • 1/2 cup Old El Paso salsa (any variety)
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 8 Old El Paso flour tortillas for burritos (8")
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 oz)

Instructions

  1. In 1-qt saucepan, heat beans, salsa and chili powder over medium heat about 5 min, stirring occasionally, until warm.
  2. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the bean mixture onto center of each tortilla; spread slightly. Top with lettuce and cheese.
  3. Fold in top and bottom of each tortilla; roll up. Serve with additional salsa if desired.

Meat Lovers Roll-Ups: Super Easy Chicken - Heat Old El Paso refrigerated taco sauce with seasoned shredded chicken. Spoon 1/4 cup down center of beans. Speedy Ground Beef - Cook Old El Paso taco seasoning mix with ground beef as the package directs. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture down center of beans.
