Slow Cooker Asian Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 9 oz pineapple chunks
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 red pepper, sliced in strips
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1 TBS white vinegar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 4 green onions, sliced diagonally
Instructions
- In slow cooker, combine chicken, ginger, garlic powder, and pepper; mix well.
- Stir in pineapple, chestnuts, pepper, and chicken broth; cook on low setting.
- After cooking, combine in small bowl: soy sauce, vinegar, and corn starch.
- Mix in chicken mixture, add green onions.
