Strawberry Angel Dessert¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 angel food cake
- 1 6 oz. box sugar-free gelatin – strawberry (I used regular)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 16 oz. packages frozen strawberries with juice* (unsweetened were tart)
- 1 tub Cool Whip
Instructions¶
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add strawberries, stir and let stand until partially set.
- Break angel food cake into bite-size pieces.
- Place in oblong or square pan.
- Pour partially set gelatin over cake.
- Chill until completely set.
- Spread Cool Whip over top as you would frosting.
- Serve.
