Stuffed Eggs

Servings: 2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish, drained
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Fresh parsley sprigs, chopped, optional

Instructions

  1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mash yolks with a fork.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, pickle relish, honey mustard, garlic powder, salt, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well.
  4. Stuff or pipe filling into the egg whites.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
  6. Garnish with parsley if desired.
