Swiss Steak

Ingredients

  • Cut shoulder steak in pieces
  • 1 small bottle catsup
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 big Vidalia onion
  • 1 bag carrots
  • Salt, pepper, garlic
  • Diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Brown steak in flour with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  2. Add water and sweet on bottom of pan.
