Swiss Steak¶
Ingredients¶
- Cut shoulder steak in pieces
- 1 small bottle catsup
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1 big Vidalia onion
- 1 bag carrots
- Salt, pepper, garlic
- Diced tomatoes
Instructions¶
- Brown steak in flour with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Add water and sweet on bottom of pan.
