Tilapia with Leeks

Ingredients

  • 15 leeks
  • olive oil
  • butter
  • thinner fish
  • veg stock
  • white wine
  • tilapia
  • salt
  • pepper
  • flour

Instructions

  1. Pour olive oil and butter over fish.
  2. Put equal amounts of olive oil and butter in pan. Heat to medium.
  3. Put salt and pepper on fish.
  4. Dredge through flour with salt and pepper.
  5. Heat butter and olive oil until mostly brown.
