Tilapia with Leeks¶
Ingredients¶
- 15 leeks
- olive oil
- butter
- thinner fish
- veg stock
- white wine
- tilapia
- salt
- pepper
- flour
Instructions¶
- Pour olive oil and butter over fish.
- Put equal amounts of olive oil and butter in pan. Heat to medium.
- Put salt and pepper on fish.
- Dredge through flour with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter and olive oil until mostly brown.
