Turkey Tart¶

Ingredients¶
- 1 cup diced cooked turkey
- 1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli
- 1 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 Tbsp parsley

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle turkey and broccoli over crust.

- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir in half-and-half, Parmesan, and parsley. Pour mixture over turkey and broccoli.

- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set and tart is golden brown.
