Turkey Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked broccoli
  • 1 9-inch deep-dish pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp parsley

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle turkey and broccoli over crust.
    1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, and pepper. Stir in half-and-half, Parmesan, and parsley. Pour mixture over turkey and broccoli.
    1. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until filling is set and tart is golden brown.
