VELVEETA Nacho Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
  • 1 cup coarsely crushed tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Prepare Dinner following Basic Directions on package.
  2. Brown meat; add taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer 5 minutes.
  3. Stir sour cream into prepared Dinner. Spoon half into 8-inch square baking dish; top with layers of meat mixture, 1/2 cup of the cheese and the remaining Dinner mixture.
  4. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes. Top with salsa and chips. Bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes.
