Watergate Salad

Prep: 5 min | Servings: 8 servings, about 1/2 cup each

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) Jell-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding
  • 1 can (20 oz.) Dole Crushed Pineapple, in juice, undrained
  • 1/2 cup chopped Planters Pecans
  • 1 1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping

Instructions

  1. Combine marshmallows, dry pudding mix, pineapple and nuts in large bowl.
  2. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Notes

HOW TO THAW COOL WHIP WHIPPED TOPPING: Place unopened tub in refrigerator. An 8-oz. tub will be completely thawed in 4 hours. Do not thaw in microwave.
